Baku / 23.02.22 / Over the past day, 1,979 new cases of coronavirus infection have been registered in Azerbaijan, including 7,198 people who have recovered, 27 have died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said in a statement.
In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 779,783 cases of COVID-19 infection have been detected in the country, including 749,524 people who have recovered, 9,307 have died, and 20,952 are actively sick.
Over the past day, 10,506 tests have been carried out in the country to detect COVID-19.—06B-
