Baku/18.02.22/ Heads of two Baku districts, and Kurdamir region of the country have been appointed by directives of the head of the state.
Thus, Elgin Khabibullayev, who previously headed the apparatus of the Baku City Hall, has been appointed head of Narimanov district.
Joshgun Jabrail, who headed the department of the Baku City Hall, has been appointed head of Nizami district of the capital.
Elkhan Ibragimov, who was deputy head of Shamakha region of the country, has been appointed head of Kurdamir region. -02D-
