Video footage posted on social media shows trucks loaded with soldiers passing by the city of Shusha towards Armenia. According to unofficial data, the Russian military is being transferred to Ukraine, where Russian troops are suffering heavy losses.
The Russian Defense Ministry does not report a partial withdrawal of the peacekeeping contingent. The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry does not comment on the situation.
