Alarming footage shows a river packed with icebergs after a huge storm hit Pennslyvania.
The eye-catching footage was uploaded by Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission and shows the mountain of sludge and ice rolling down the river as the area was recently hit by winter storms.
About 350,000 homes and businesses recently lost power from Texas to Ohio as freezing rain and snow weighed down tree limbs and encrusted power lines that caused a deadly tornado in Alabama.
