“Belarus has entered the war. Belarus troops have entered the Chernigov region,” the message says, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine.
Vitaly Kirillov, a representative of the regional department of territorial defense forces “North” confirmed the information.
Residents of the villages of Slabin, Pakul, and the village of Mikhailo-Kotsyubinsky report the movement of military equipment with a white circle painted on it.
The movement of equipment is accompanied by the muting of mobile communications.
According to local residents of Mikhailo-Kotsiubinsky, at 11:30 a Belarusian column of 33 units passed, of which 11 were Grads. Mobile communications are jammed again, they go towards Slabin or Pakul.—06B-
