Epsom College head and daughter died from shotgun wounds, inquest finds
Epsom College headteacher Emma Pattison, 45, who is believed to have been murdered by her husband George, died of shock, haemorrhage and shotgun wounds to the chest and abdomen, an inquest has heard.
Her seven-year-old daughter Lettie died of a shotgun wound to the head, according to an inquest at Surrey Coroner’s Court .
Post-mortem examinations were carried out three days after the incident by Dr Ashley Fegan-Earle at East Surrey hospital, the court heard.
